Brighton & Hove Open Door

Staged annually during the second week of September.

We stage Brighton & Hove Open Door (BHOD) as a part of the Heritage Open Days celebration of England's architecture and culture, itself a part of the overarching European Heritage Days.

Dr Simon Thurley, Chief Executive of English Heritage, says:

" Heritage Open Days has become an important part of the heritage calendar, allowing everyone, wherever they live and whatever their background, to enjoy, understand and feel a part of the country's rich and diverse cultural heritage. "

Brighton & Hove Open Door provides visitors with free access to The Regency Town House and many other local properties and events participating under the BHOD 'umbrella'.
